When I think of courage, resilience, faith, and perseverance, one person comes to mind – Lyanna Torres.
For 15 years I have had the privilege of watching Lyanna grow into a remarkable young woman. From the little girl who witnessed the murder of her mother, Lyanna chose love, compassion and service as her best revenge.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed or discouraged, I simply think of Lyanna's heroic journey and find myself ready to face anything. Few people deserve our ear as much as Lyanna. Few people's story will impact our life so profoundly.
